The “Silver Home Asset Care” Joint Research Partnership aims to promote innovative studies and research on housing, asset management, and the integration of services and real estate within the context of ongoing demographic shifts.

In the Italian context—characterized by widespread property ownership and a growing population of those over 65—new needs are emerging regarding the quality of living, long-term property management, and the potential for integrated "home-and-service" models. This initiative was established to help define an evolutionary framework that connects research, business, and institutions, fostering the development of innovative, sustainable, and replicable solutions.

Objectives:

• Evolve housing models by fostering solutions that integrate residential spaces with services tailored to the population's emerging needs.
• Analyze long-term asset management and transformation, identifying strategies aligned with demographic changes and local territorial dynamics.
• Strengthen the link between housing and welfare systems, contributing to the creation of integrated models between services, the local area, and the residential dimension.
• Provide analysis, data, and expertise to interpret ongoing transformations and support both public and private decision-making processes.
• Stimulate the development of innovative tools and solutions, including economic-financial models capable of activating investment and generating long-term value.
• Define operational guidelines and shared benchmarks to support operators, institutions, and stakeholders involved in the sector's evolution.
